Nana's Butter LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. We understand that life happens and we will do our best to find a solution. Please reach out to us with any questions, comments or concerns in regard to this policy.
In the event of product melting, Nana's Butter LLC recommends placing all shipped butters in a cool, dry area PRIOR to opening container. Failure to do so may result in spilling, leakage and potential damage to clothing or household surfaces.
